Privacy Policy
BINGO5 ORACLE — Effective: May 19, 2026 / Last updated: October 17, 2026
Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") sets out this privacy policy describing how user information, including personal information and personally referable information, is handled in "BINGO5 ORACLE", a BINGO5 prediction app for iOS and Android (the "App"). Matters we publish under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (purposes of use, transfers to third parties in foreign countries, security measures, procedures for requests, etc.) are summarized in "Handling of Personal Information".
1. Operator
- Operator: Fuji Bit Inc.
- Contact: support@fujibit.com
2. Our approach
We do not operate any servers, and the App has no account registration or login. We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location through the App (except when you email us; see section 11). The information handled by the App is limited to what is stored on your device and what is sent to the external services listed below.
3. Information stored on your device
The following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.
- Claude API key (only if you enter one in Settings): stored in UserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android. On Android it is excluded from cloud backup.
- App settings and downloaded data: such as the data range setting and downloaded draw-history data.
- In-app purchase state: the purchase state of the "Secret Algorithm" is managed by Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play); the App uses it only to decide what is unlocked.
4. Information sent to external services
The App communicates with the following external services. The information sent, the recipients, and the purposes are as follows.
| Recipient | Information sent | Purpose | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public draw-history CSV source (loto-life.net) | Only what any HTTPS request carries (such as your IP address). No personal information or anything you enter is sent. | Downloading past BINGO5 winning numbers | On launch and when changing the data range |
Anthropic, PBC (United States; api.anthropic.com) |
Your own API key, a statistics summary (number of draws, frequently / rarely drawn numbers per cell, etc.), and the generated predicted numbers and strategy names. No personally identifying information. | Generating AI commentary | Only when you have set an API key and generate predictions. It does not pass through our servers. |
| Pangle (operated by Bytedance Pte. Ltd., Singapore; an ad network of the ByteDance group) | Advertising identifiers (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID), an ad ID issued by the SDK, device information (model, OS, language, screen size, etc.), IP address and the approximate region estimated from it, ad interactions such as impressions and clicks, and diagnostic information about the SDK's operation and crashes | Serving and displaying ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and optimizing ads | While ads are displayed (the bottom banner, and the full-screen ad when returning from the background) |
| Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play) | Information required for purchases (processed through your store account) | Processing in-app purchases and checking / restoring purchase state | On purchase, on restore, and when purchase state is checked at launch |
Each recipient handles information under its own privacy policy:
5. Purposes of use
Information handled by the App is used only for:
- Providing predictions and statistics (downloading draw history)
- Providing AI commentary (when you set an API key)
- Serving ads and measuring their performance (to keep the App free)
- Providing in-app purchases and restoring purchase state
- Responding to inquiries
6. Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we never sell or provide your personal information to third parties. The transmissions by the ad SDK (Pangle) described in section 4 are made directly to Pangle by the SDK built into the App, and we do not receive that information. Because advertising identifiers and IP addresses may count as personally referable information, "Handling of Personal Information" explains this in detail, including that the recipient is located outside Japan.
7. Advertising and tracking
The App shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad when you reopen the App from the background (never right after launch).
- iOS: on first launch, the App asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and starts the ad SDK only after your response is settled. The IDFA is used for personalized ads and their measurement only if you allow it. If you decline, all features remain available and ads that do not use the IDFA are shown.
- Android: your device's advertising ID is used for ad delivery and measurement.
You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (change the permission per app)
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID; varies by device and OS version)
8. Security
All network communication by the App is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Your API key is stored only on your device and is never received by us. Inquiry emails are kept in an email account with restricted access.
9. Retention and deletion
- Information stored on your device (API key, settings, downloaded data) is deleted when you uninstall the App. You can delete the API key immediately by clearing the field in Settings and saving.
- We keep no user data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete (except inquiry emails).
- Inquiry emails are deleted once they are no longer needed after we have responded.
- In-app purchase history is managed by Apple / Google and tied to your account with them.
- Retention and deletion of data held by Pangle, Anthropic, Apple, and Google follow their respective privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier as described in section 7.
10. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience entertainment app themed around lotteries and is not directed at children (under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Contact and requests
For questions or requests about this policy or the handling of user information, contact support@fujibit.com. Your email address and any details you send are used only to reply. For how to request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and similar, see "Handling of Personal Information".
12. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the App's features. Revisions take effect when posted on this page and are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
